ORDER PROCESSING
If items are in stock processing time is 2-7 business days (do not count weekends). Due to constant changes in inventory, the website cannot reflect availability. In addition to a confirmation email, we will notify you if an item is backordered by the end of the next business day. You will not be charged additional shipping for back orders. Items ordered on a Team Page through the Team Gateway are subject to a different ordering process.

We regret that changes cannot be accepted by phone. If you have questions or changes
regarding your order please email us: info@varsityswim.com. Please include your Order Number.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES *
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of shipment. Items must be brand new, in a clean condition and include original boxes and tags. Returning products to Varsity Swim Shop is the responsibility of the customer. Returns over $300 may be subject to a handling and restocking fee of 20%. A copy of your receipt and explanation must accompany merchandise. We will credit your credit card minus shipping costs. If you are exchanging an item you will be charged for reshipping.

*Custom items may not be returned. Custom items include any and all items that have been embroidered or silk screened with an organizations name, team name or swimmer/athlete name.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Varsity Swim Shop will stand behind all merchandise. We will replace defective merchandise at no charge within 10 days of customer receiving the item. Custom items found defective will be replaced with credit only. Customer is responsible for reporting defect and returning item.
We recommend returning merchandise via UPS or insured U.S. mail.
