OUR HISTORY
Varsity Swim Shop is a full-service swim shop serving New England and beyond since 1989.
Our customers include some of the larger USS, YMCA, college and high school teams in the
Northeast.

TEAM PAGE
To ease the organization of your team’s ordering, Varsity Swim Shop can create a Team
Page on our website. Access to your Team Page through the Team Gateway will be limited
to your membership.

Every team needs an equipment coordinator to advise Varsity on team requirements, to
receive shipments and to disperse items to team members. The coordinator is responsible
for communicating the ordering process to their members.

With the help of your team’s equipment coordinator, Varsity Swim Shop will create a menu
of Team items. This page can include all of your team’s custom and non-custom items and will
include an ordering deadline. No custom orders will be taken past this deadline. For greater
flexibility and convenience SIZING KITS are available to aid members in selecting their suit size.

All Team Page orders will be shipped to the team’s equipment coordinator with a spreadsheet
indicating team member purchases. Minimal shipping and applicable sales tax are included in
the Team Page prices.

CUSTOMIZING
We can use your existing artwork to customize swimsuits, caps, warm-ups, fleece, etc.
Customization can be either embroidered, silk-screened or tackle-twill. Varsity Swim Shop
can also create a logo for you. Any fees associated with creating a logo must be prepaid
before a Team Page is posted.
